Woodford Diesel: Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on WoodfordDiesel.com, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies regarding shipping, returns, and cancellations.

2. No-Cancellation Policy & Order Processing

  • Immediate Processing: Due to our commitment to fast shipping, orders enter our processing system immediately. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Custom/Special Orders: Orders for custom-tuned components or special-order parts are final sale and non-refundable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the 48 lower states on orders over $150, unless an expedited rate is selected or the item requires freight. Free shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

  • Freight Items: For heavy or oversized items requiring freight, please contact our shop at 309-208-0838 (Ext: 1). We will guide you through the freight process.

  • Address Accuracy: The Customer is responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address. Woodford Diesel is not liable for "lost" packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

  • Inspection Period: You must inspect all packages upon arrival. Any claims for "Damaged in Transit" or "Missing Items" must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates based on item availability and your chosen provider. Rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policy.

  • International Shipping: We ship to most addresses in North America. Note that some products carry restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

4. Core Charges & Credits

  • Applicability: Core charges apply to specialty items including engines, turbochargers, and transmissions.

  • Return Window: The Customer is responsible for returning the core to us within 60 days. If this window is exceeded, Woodford Diesel reserves the right to withhold core funds.

  • Inspection Period: We aim to complete core inspections within 30 days of receipt. During high-volume periods, this may take up to 90 days.

  • Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is finalized, credits will be issued to the original form of payment or via check.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Mandatory Contact: Customer agrees to contact Woodford Diesel support at wdperformancesales@gmail.com or 309-208-0838 to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback with their bank.

  • Chargeback Fee: In the event of "friendly fraud" (disputing a charge for a delivered product), Woodford Diesel reserves the right to report the dispute to credit bureaus and collection agencies.

  • Evidence of Purchase: By checking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" box at checkout, you acknowledge that this acts as a digital signature, confirming you authorized the transaction and received these terms.

6. Returns & Restocking Fees

  • Authorized Returns Only: No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Restocking Fee: All authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be in the original, unopened packaging.

  • Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed, bolted on, or plugged in is non-returnable.

7. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

  • Professional Installation: Many diesel components require professional installation. Woodford Diesel is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or "do-it-yourself" attempts.

  • Off-Road Use: Certain products are sold for "Off-Road Use Only." It is the Customer's responsibility to comply with all local and federal emissions laws.
